As we know,  Blood Pressure  is a very common chronic health problem. When you develop blood pressure  then it becomes necessary to take antihypertensive treatment and your  lifestyle changes for the entire  life .

Today we talked about Hypertension and what is “blood pressure”?

In this generation every second person have hypertension because of their lifestyle and some bad habits .If I am talking about year ago times so they didn’t have Hypertension or another disease because they have healthy lifestyle and environment also good on that time but not know environment is too polluted and lifestyle is too unhealthy.

First of all we know that the short form of Bp is called BP and also called “Hypertension”.

Let me tell you that  High blood pressure is called the “silent killer” because it  has no symptoms, and many people do not know they have it.

If the measurement reads 120 systolic and 80 Diastolic, you would say, “120 over 80,” or write, “120/80 mmHg.”

Most common word which we heard about two types of Hypertension one is called high BP and another is called low Bp. As we know , High BP is called Hypertension and also called the “silent killer” because it usually has no symptoms, and so many people are not aware of this .

What are the symptoms of being high and low blood pressure? 

We talked about BP and and now we are going to talk about Hypertension Symptoms  and how do you know that  you are a  patient of Bp or how you know that you have a Bp so for knowing that I am going to tell you the symptoms of Hypertension.
