How to draw a cartoon elephant – allows obtaining begun!
Step 1
For this first step in your cartoon elephant drawing, we’ll start with the head and what may be the most recognizable aspect of an elephant: the trunk! First, we’ll use curved lines for the top and bottom of the head. Then you can add the trunk to the face. The trunk will be drawn using curved and spiral lines, becoming quite twisted towards the end as it curls. As you can see from our reference image, he will also have a smiling mouth. That’s all there is to this step, and then we can haul on to the subsequent phase of the manual!
Step 2: Now complete the lead and face.
In this second step of our guide on drawing a cartoon elephant, we will add some facial details and the rest of the head outline. To begin this process, we’ll start by adding the ears to the sides of the head. An elephant’s ears are large and rounded, with a flap on the side of the head. They will also have curved sections of the inner ear inside them. Then you can draw eyes by adding ovals inside the face and add a smaller oval inside each. Finally, draw thick eyebrows over the eyes to conclude this step.

This third step will focus on starting with the outlines of the body and legs of this cute elephant! To form, count a round line reaching from after the ear. We’ll add quite a few details in this step, but they’re all small and simple. However, altogether will make a big difference! First, draw a few lines down the length of the trunk to give it a more textured look. Next, use a curved line for the elephant’s mouth. Then we’ll finish by adding a row of three rounded nails to each foot. So you’re done and ready for the next step! However, you don’t need to stop there.
